Wally
We adopted Wally 8 years ago from the SPCA. They found him roaming the mean streets of Markham. He was microchipped but the chip had not been registered. After bringing him home we realized he was totally deaf. We noticed he was a bit skittish as well when you raised anything above his head. We think he was probably mistreated. Despite his sketchy past he didn’t have a mean bone in his body. He immediately bonded with Lola (our female bulldog) and they became inseparable. She was basically his ears and eyes. Unfortunately, Wally’s health and quality of life began to decline in July after we had to put Lola down due to her old age.
We will forever be grateful for the unconditional love our loyal companion provided. RIP Wally the Wonder Dog and I know Lola is waiting for you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. 💔😢🐾🌈
