Our dedicated staff take pride in the complete comfort of your pet. Our goal is to provide a fun, secure, and stress-free stay. Our large suites and attentive staff will give you peace of mind. We also offer standard kennels with large glass windows to minimize stress.
We provide three different types of accommodations depending on your pet's size and needs:
Canine Condos – These accommodations are suitable for dogs up to 40 pounds. We have six in total. These rooms provide comfort and security.
Runs – These accommodations have glass doors to ensure less stress, safety, and security for your pet’s comfort. We have 15 in total.
Luxury Suites – We also offer one of a kind themed suites. We have 17 in total. Luxury suites are equipped with cameras which can be activated on mobile devices to give you peace of mind. Check in on your pooch anytime of the day or night! An extra 15-minute activity session of your choice is included with luxury boarding.
All boarding guests will have 3 outside breaks to eliminate and one-on-one interaction with our attentive boarding staff.
For your convenience, we do not have a cancellation fee as we understand that plans change although a quick call is greatly appreciated! Keep in mind that spaces fill up quickly especially during the holiday's, so booking well in advance is recommended!
Kitty Condos – Feline Luxury condos are located at the front of the hospital behind our Greeter Station. With large bright windows, purrrrrrfect for people watching!
Standard Cat Boarding – Located in a quiet area to ensure a stress-free stay for our more laid-back feline friends.
All of our feline guests take turns lounging outside of their rooms within both cat boarding areas throughout the day with access to toys and climbing areas.
(Any of these options may be added to your pets boarding experience)
PET MENU - This menu is available for our VIP guests (very important pups!) Bone Appétit! Prices vary.
CUDDLE TIME - Our personal undivided attention, devoted to cuddles, brushing, or belly rubs. 15 minutes per session.
GAME ON - Frisbee, fetch, tug-o-war anyone? We’re game… 15 minutes per session.
CHARM SCHOOL - Teaching your pooch Pawsitive Petiquitte! During these sessions we will focus on manners, obedience skills, and mastering the art of Petiquitte! 15 minutes per session.
If your dog stays more than 5 nights, a complimentary bath will be given close to their departure date. If your dog stays with us less than 5 nights, normal bath rates apply.
Medication administration is performed by our trained staff, free of charge.

Pet Cam Step By Step Instructions
Please keep in mind Usernames and Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE
Make sure your Wi-Fi is on - go to settings, click network, click Wi-Fi, if off, slide button over to on.
Touch your apps icon and search the apps store for EyeInCloud. (This app will be free of charge)
Once you have installed the EyeInCloud app you can return to your home screen and select the icon.
Once the EyeInCloud is open, you now can add your pet cam information.

Step 1. Click top right button on screen which will bring you to the server list.
Step 2. Click top right (+) button. This will direct you to the add device page.
Step 3. Input information provided below:
In this step you can either scan this barcode or manually type in the highlighted code below the barcode.
PLEASE NOTE: If barcode is scanned Nickname & User will automatically populate to DeviceName1 and Sports. User is the name of the room your pet is occupying. This will need to be changed to assigned room. (Example: Paris, Underwater etc.)
If highlighted code is manually typed in please follow instructions below:
IP/DDNS/SN - NA2CF0396DDG
Nickname - DeviceName1 (Case Sensitive)
User - This is the room your pet will be assigned in (Paris, Sports, Underwater etc.)
Password - The password assigned to you during admit (Case Sensitive)
Step 4. Once all your information is in, touch the Save button, this will bring you back to the Server List.
Step 5. You will then click the play button, this is the second button from the left.
Step 6. This will then prompt you to the Live page, which will have numbers on the bottom (you may slide for more options to find your pets assigned number).
Depending on the selected room for your pet, a number will be assigned to the camera in that room. Once the number assigned is clicked, you will be connected to your pets camera (Example: Sports – 17, Underwater – 1, Paris – 12 etc.)
Now you are ready for viewing!
